SERVICES 

As with many community based organisations, one of the major challenges these days for Camglen radio is to maintain and increase the level of free services, activities and opportunities we provide for the people in the communities of Cambuslang and Rutherglen. We do receive funding for specific activities and have been (and currently are) financially supported by our parent organisation the Community Health Initiative.  

However, funding doesn’t last forever and in order to help sustain our regular activities at Camglen radio, which include our FM broadcasts, volunteer training programmes, community advertising services, radio youth clubs and much more, we have developed a range of professional services at extremely competitive prices.. So please have a browse through the list below to see if Camglen radio can provide something for you!

Training: Want to use radio to get your message out or as a fun educational tool?We can deliver engaging and enjoyable training in areas such as radio programme production, sound engineering / audio production, podcast creation, DJing (mixing and scratching) and more.. All tailored to your group or individual requirements! There’s something for all levels of experience, ability and ages! All equipment provided for sessions. 

Live events: All of our DJ’s (thankfully) have different tastes in music – we can find one to suit YOUR event.. Birthdays, corporate, indoor, outdoor, you name it! Service available with or without P.A system.  

Recording facilities: When we’re not broadcasting on FM we use our studios to provide professional and cost effective facilities to record and produce audio of all types for all purposes. If you’re a band looking for a good quality demo, an organisation wanting to create a CD or podcast or even want to record a karaoke cover of your favourite song we can give you what you’re looking for!
